o. Persiano Rosa i św. Filip Neri założyli w Rzymie Bractwo Trójcy Świętej dla Pielgrzymów i Ozdrowieńców. Podczas Jubileuszu w 1550 r. Bractwo było w stanie przyjmować i leczyć około 600 osób dziennie, a około 800 osób podczas następnego jubileuszu.
